Howard moved to Durham in 2000. He retired as a research fellow at DuPont Company in 2016. Shortly after moving to North Carolina, Lois and Howard joined the Kehillah. Very quickly Howard joined the Board of the Kehillah. Howard has been treasurer, administrative vice president, and served four years as President. Howard was
instrumental in getting the Kehillah facility ready to be used and in transforming a meeting area into the Chapel. Howard is angel investor helping start up entrepreneurs
work towards having a successful business.
